The location is a plus, and breakfast is good. It's served in the dining area upstairs, where you can look out over Mandalay in the morning. The hotel is budget-friendly, but the rooms aren't soundproof. Housekeeping was careless, and the front desk and housekeeping staff had a communication gap.

If you only need somewhere to get through the night, this place should do. The white walls are covered in dirt marks, probably more from previous guests than the hotel itself. You get what you pay for, though I wouldn't choose it to relax in or feel at home. For that, I'd look elsewhere.

Cheap but good. The hotel is clean, has digital door locks, friendly staff, a hot shower, and a breakfast buffet with rice, fried food, noodles, and bread. It's right in the middle of the market, so it isn't very quiet. I can recommend it.

A few things made the stay difficult: the room had no safe, and I couldn't adjust the temperature. The air conditioner was quite loud, and the bathroom water heater didn't work properly. WiFi was weak and very slow. The check-in staff may have limited English.

It's close to the center and the city market, so it's easy to go buy things. Breakfast is served warm, which is a really nice way to start the day.
