The room smelled bad, and the shower pipe was leaking. The sheets and towels were stained, and the rooms were dirty.

The hotel is close to a hospital, an international school, a food court, and a skydiving range. It's been upgraded under the new owner and management. The rooms are clean and the staff are friendly. Breakfast is a buffet with a typical Burmese local style.

There are power cuts sometimes, and the sink leaks. The door knob is hard to open, too. It was already damaged last month, but still hasn't been repaired. Not worth the money.

The buffet wasn't good.

The oil massage at Sky spa was good.
