Hotel Grand Vista refused to check me in because I didn't have a physical ID copy, even though I showed valid digital identification. That was a frustrating and surprising experience in this day and age.

Guests should feel safe and respected, but I didn't feel that way here. The hotel doesn't care about customer privacy and came across as very unprofessional. I wanted to give zero stars, but the site won't let me post without choosing a rating ☺️.

The pool was nice, but I'm never coming back. The bathroom was good apart from the bathtub, which was stained and wouldn't wipe clean. It was so slippery I nearly broke my back.

I made some great memories there with my classmates after graduation. I'm glad we went, and I'd like to stay there again for a vacation.

The staff were unfriendly and unhelpful, and didn't seem to care about guest comfort. We also found a cockroach in the room, with a photo attached. It wasn't properly cleaned. Poor hygiene and bad service made this an extremely disappointing stay we'll remember for all the wrong reasons. This is unacceptable for a hotel.
