Hotel Heaven Yangon

The Sky spa in this hotel is very, very good.

The room had lots of bugs, dirty sheets, and a toilet in very bad condition that smelled. For 75000 MMK, the deluxe room was totally unworthy. Even the reception staff didn't seem to know whether the rooms were working properly. The management was the worst, so I strongly recommend against this hotel.

I picked this place for the location and stayed one night for work, paying 60,000 for the room. At 60,000 mmk a night, I'd try somewhere else that gives better value. I paid room prices listed as 45,000, 50,000, and 60,000, and had a terrible stay. The room smelled bad, the bed and pillow sheets were dirty, the water was weak, and the basin was wrecked. Wifi was awful too, only 4/5 mb. The man who seemed to be the manager said the connection can be like that sometimes, but it wouldn't even run a speedtest without VPN all day. Lol, excuse me. Breakfast was the worst: fried rice with no oil and only half a fried egg, and fried noodles with no oil. No water refill, no juice refill, and no taste at all. This is the worst place I've ever been in my entire life. I wonder if the owner even thinks about repairing the rooms.

The rooftop has a nice view, and the location is central, though the hotel still isn't maintaining its quality. The room was just average, neither clean nor dirty, but the water pressure was awful, just a drop a second. Wifi was bad as well. Breakfast was okay, but I felt insulted when a staff member asked to see my key card. I was staying there, so why did I have to show it? The cleaning service was good. They only take cash and kpay, which is poor for hotel service.
