Micasa Hotel Apartments

The band was great, and the venue felt pleasant without being cramped, even though it isn't very large. We stayed past 9, and they were still serving beer. The buffet ran from 6 to 9, with food, free-flow beer, and cocktails at a reasonable price. The selection was a bit limited, which makes sense at that price, but the tempura was cold. They need to find a way to keep it hot, moist, and crisp outside. Staff were attentive and polite apart from one young man who was so keen to serve a foreign guest that he bumped into me without noticing. It was a small thing, so I let it go. Parking is inside Mercure hotel compound, with people there to help. The spaces are tight, though, so you need to get out first and let the driver park close to one side before getting out. I'd go again for the good atmosphere and fair price. Management should keep the program going and put on similar events, I think people will take to them.
