Royal Tian Li Hotel

The room was awful, with a terrible smell and a duvet cover covered in stains. Cleanliness and guest comfort clearly weren’t priorities. Breakfast was just fried rice and bread, which hardly seems like a “luxury hotel’s buffet.” They should call it à la carte instead. There was also an embarrassing mix-up at the pool. A waiter invited my girlfriend and me to a free BBQ, but when I asked when it was, a senior cashier rudely told us it was a staff party. It seemed like the staff didn’t know who their guests were or communicate with each other. The receptionists were unhelpful and lazy when I checked in. They didn’t welcome us or explain basics like breakfast times or amenities. Earlier, when I called the operator staff to ask about a promotion on the hotel’s Facebook page, they had no idea what I was talking about and seemed unfamiliar with the hotel. That was frustrating and unprofessional. My stay at Royal Tian Li was a nightmare. The staff seemed untrained and unprofessional, the room was dirty, and the amenities fell far below an acceptable standard. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone.

A nice spot with a good beer bar.

There’s more space for parking cars.
