The room was nice, clean, and big enough, and service was good. Breakfast is included, with Italian coffee, which was a real help since I can't stand local coffee. It's the only hotel in the whole area with Italian coffee. The downside is that after a couple of days the breakfast menu gets boring. Prices are okay for the area, and there's plenty nearby, including restaurants, convenience stores, malls, and a money exchange booth. The hotel is on a quiet downtown street.

This is my favorite hotel for a stay or day-cation. It's not luxury grade, but the price feels fair for what you get, and I'd recommend it. The location is central on MinYeKyawSwar Road, close to Saint John City Mall and Taw Win Center (Pyay Road), and nearest to UMFCCI and iDol Bar. The rooms are moderately wide and clean. Every staff member was polite and handled their duties smoothly, treating customers respectfully and meeting their needs and wants.

At 3:30 am, a staff member woke me by knocking at my door, only to discover they had the wrong room number. The receptionist had taken the number from a visitor and came straight up without checking the guest name and room number in the records. They kept apologizing, but offered no reimbursement or other compensation for the bad experience. I won't stay there again or recommend the hotel.

The rooms are fairly spacious, and the staff are helpful and pleasant. Breakfast is decent. For what I paid, it was good value, with the other features much like those at other newly built small hotels in Yangon.

The food at the hotel is average, and parking is limited. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with good WiFi, hot water, and shower pressure. It's an adequate tourist class hotel near downtown.
