The staff were friendly and helpful, and the arranged rides were clean and comfortable. They cost a lot less than regular taxis, and there’s a free airport shuttle at scheduled times. The hotel is cheap, so the price feels fair for what you get. The AC isn’t very powerful, but give it time and it does the job.

It gets crowded and noisy downstairs because the car rental shares space with check-in, but the upstairs rooms are much quieter, which suited me. Our room was cozy and clean, with strong AC, and everyone was warm and friendly. Housekeeping deserves a special mention for being so accommodating. It’s a comfortable three-star place that feels worthy of four.

Really convenient spot, with a car rental downstairs and restaurants, shopping, and the memorial park nearby. The room was clean and had plenty of water, and the Wi-Fi was fast. Nice place.

The location is central, and the beach walk is about 10 minutes away. It’s a simple, comfortable hotel with quiet rooms and nice staff. There’s a car rental on site. Chinese guests were noisy during the night.

Handy for a short stop in Saipan. I stayed 12 hours before checking in at the major resorts, and the location made that easy. Downtown Garapan is within walking distance.
