The motel is easy on the budget, and the owner and his wife were really warm and accommodating. They were always there when we called. The view was amazing, and the room was decent, nice and clean, though the outside could use some cleaning and an update. I could ask for a steamer or coffee maker, and they provided one. Towels and room cleaning were also available each day if needed. The service from the owners was excellent.

The rooms are cozy, and you get a great view for the price. It's a little far out, but right now this is the best value on the island.

We came for a weekend with a bunch of friends, and the guy at the desk was so friendly and helpful with whatever we needed. The balconies were lovely for watching the sunset, and the view was unbeatable. Our rooms were clean and comfortable. This is where I want to stay next time I'm in Saipan.
