Corinthia Palace Malta

We had very few places to eat nearby apart from the hotel, which is why I marked the location down slightly. Public transport serves the area well, though, and there's a free daily shuttle to Valletta. The food at the hotel was fantastic and really high quality, and our room was fabulous, well equipped and cleaned beautifully every day. The staff especially were exceptional and always ready to help. We'd stay again without hesitation and highly recommend it.

The breakfast and the food at Caprice Cocktail Bar were both exceptional, and having a tennis court was a real bonus and one of the reasons we booked. The court could use a little attention, especially the net and the edges by the tree side. I also wish they offered dairy milk in Josephine's. The hotel feels like a lovely country house, set in a quiet, upmarket and leafy area, and it's superbly maintained. What really stood out, though, was the staff. Everyone from the restaurant, reception and Caprice to the cleaners and garden team was friendly, welcoming and ready to help. I've stayed at various places in Valetta before, but this is the one I'd return to and recommend. Thanks to everyone at The Corinthia Palace.

The pools were spacious, and children could use them from 9-12am. There was also a spa and salon, though the outdoor one wasn't open during winter. The hotel and rooms were grand and beautiful, and breakfast had plenty of variety and tasted great. The staff were extremely friendly and always happy to help. I was very happy with my stay.

The staff were the best part. When my wife twisted her knee and could barely walk, reception quickly found a wheelchair for us to use. The breakfast staff were just as helpful when we arrived in it. Well done.
