I liked having until noon to check out, and the front desk staff were polite and very accommodating. Bus stops right outside made it easy to get around the island. My room had a traditional enclosed balcony that worked nicely as a place to get some work done. It’s a renovated, much improved house, and a very nice boutique hotel. I was happy with the room price, location, and friendly service on my business trip. There’s a fitness room and business center too. Breakfast in the pleasant dining area was okay, but I’d expected better. I’m not keen on using a key code for the rooms, though that’s just my preference. Keep in mind there’s an environmental fee for each night, and a €50 deposit for the minibar and services. If you don’t use anything, you get the deposit back at checkout.

Diwash was especially kind and attentive, and went out of his way to help us feel welcome and comfortable. The rest of the team were friendly and ready to help as well. Our room and the shared spaces at The Royal St. Helene Hotel were spotless. The hotel is close to everything, while still peaceful enough to unwind after a day out. We had a wonderful stay in Malta and would happily return. Highly recommended.

The team were really attentive, and the hotel has been renovated to a great standard. I was there for four days on a work trip and got upgraded to the penthouse suite. It had a jacuzzi on the terrace, though I unfortunately didn’t get a chance to use it. The room was spacious and clean. A great stay overall!

I felt safe staying here, and the hotel is clean. My room had all the things I needed, and Nirvik at reception was friendly, helpful, and easy to approach. It’s a great place to stay if you’re spending your holiday in Malta. I’d highly recommend it, a perfect stay. Thank you!

The beds were comfortable enough to really rest, and the breakfast we ordered was tasty. Our room was pretty, and the hotel felt quiet and cozy inside. Fantastic place, I can honestly recommend it 😃
