Cerviola Hotel

This was one of my worst travel experiences. We booked a hotel room but were put in an annex about 300m away. For breakfast we had to go back to the hotel, and the food was nothing special, you can find better breakfast anywhere. The first room was tiny, dirty and awful, with only a very small window facing a cramped, enclosed, filthy courtyard. The cleaning was so poor that I came home with an unwanted souvenir. Be careful! After I complained, they changed our room. It was a little better, but there was still, for example, mold growing in the shower.

Breakfast was the biggest letdown and fell short of what I expected. The rest of the hotel didn't make much of an impression either. Nothing stood out, and I found the stay underwhelming. It was a mediocre experience, and I wouldn't necessarily recommend it to someone looking for good quality or value.

The area was quiet and relaxing, with several convenience stores nearby, and the staff were friendly, professional, and always willing to help. I had a very pleasant stay. It does take a while to get to the city center and main attractions. Still, if you want somewhere calm and comfortable for a peaceful getaway, this is a great choice.

The apartment felt luxurious and was really clean and comfortable. For the affordable price, it could hold its own against any 5 star Hilton hotel. I'd give it 6 stars if I could. The receptionists were super friendly, like old friends as soon as we walked in. We had to leave a friend behind, but they quickly found us another apartment that suited what we needed.
