Duncan guest house

The owner and his family were very kind. We had nice tea in the room, a comfortable bed, and a large shower. It felt like a modern stay in an authentic fishing village, with a chance to feel like a local.

Try to get a balcony room if you can, the harbor view is terrific. The rooms are spacious and well equipped, and they're made up every day. Michael, the owner, is excellent and around whenever you need him. There's also a great restaurant downstairs from the B&B. A gem in Marsaxlokk, and I'd definitely stay again.

The view from the balcony was perfect, and the location in marsaxlokk was really nice. The host was easy to communicate with, always available for a friendly chat, and I can't think of anything negative to say about him. The apartment was perfect, one of the best places to stay in marsaxlokk. Looking forward to my next stay at Duncan’s guest house.

Michael is a very good host. He'll answer questions, help with whatever you need, and arrange a custom breakfast. I slept really well in the great beds. But the shower was the standout: the water pressure was amazing, better than I've had anywhere, even in local apartments with pressure pumps. It felt like getting a deep tissue massage for free. I could book the room just for that shower and leave straight away. Don't be put off by the price if you're looking for something very cheap, it was worth every cent.
