What an impeccable, modern Penthouse. Well done.

A nice place.

The apartment was really spacious and clean, with a kitchen, living room, two bedrooms and a bathroom. We stayed a week, so having a washing machine made it easy to wash our clothes and towels. Our top-floor apartment was the second one, and the view over Mellieha and the sea was beautiful. There were two terraces, one for sunbathing and another with a view across Mellieha. Breakfast outside in the morning was lovely, and in the evenings we could watch the fireworks and the city lights. We were there with my mother from August 26, 2019, to September 1, 2019. Getting around was easy. The bus station is less than a two-minute walk away, with shops, supermarkets and restaurants nearby. The beach is 10 minutes by bus or 5 by car, Popeye Village is a 15-minute bus ride, and Cirkewa is 20 minutes by bus, where ferries go to Comino and Gozo. The owner was exceptionally kind and available whenever we needed anything. He picked us up at the airport and showed us where to find good, affordable food, while sharing a little about Malta’s history. One evening the TV stopped working, and he came over to fix it. He also invited us to his farm and treated us to a delicious barbecue. I’ve traveled a lot around Europe, but haven’t met a property owner so kind, helpful and human. It felt like he enjoys treating people well, rather than being in it only for the money. If I return to Malta, I’d definitely stay here again.

The property was excellent, and the owner was fantastic. We’ll definitely come back.
