Breakfast and dinner came with beautiful views, and the staff were lovely. The rooms could use a refurb, though, and I hadn't realised ours would have only a small window, with no balcony or door opening onto one. The pool loungers also need replacing, or at least a thorough clean.

The breakfast was a letdown for us, especially since the options for non-hotel guests looked much better. We’d stay again for the unique setting, but skip the included breakfast. Xlendi’s central location was great, the staff were friendly, and the cleaning team were polite and professional. Our room was quiet, comfortable, and well equipped, if a little dated. There’s a small rooftop pool, though the sea and bathing spots outside are far better. The roof deck could use more umbrellas and loungers, and the ones there felt a bit tired.

Lino made the evening fun with his cheerful energy and helped us choose what to order. The chef did a great job too. Best food we tasted in Malta!

We stumbled on this restaurant while staying nearby, and came for the food rather than a room. The peaceful, friendly atmosphere and smiling staff were lovely. There was a good range of dishes, and they were able to cater for my daughter’s gluten intolerance. Thank you!

Xlendi Bay was quiet and peaceful, and a nicer change from the more touristy areas. We chose the room-only option and really enjoyed our stay. The location was hard to beat, with plenty of restaurants close by, lovely views, and easy access to the water.
