The rooftop pool was a highlight, with a fantastic view. Manoel and his wife were lovely and always ready with helpful advice. The place is peaceful, and Xlendi village is a five-minute walk downhill. We’d happily recommend Villa Bronja, and are grateful to Manoel for being such a good host.

The sunset view is breathtaking, and the place is right by the beach in Xlendi. Just an amazing view.

I asked to book the apartment for a few weeks, but the owner said those dates weren’t available. Then the prices for all the apartments he owns went up. It feels like he’s taking advantage of families on a budget. Seems greedy. Beware.

I was looking to stay for over a month, so I emailed with questions about the Wi-Fi and price. They never answered, but the room price went up by 20% straight away because the monthly Airbnb discount had been cut. I wouldn’t trust this business.

The owner takes care of all the arrangements, and it’s a good place to stay. The lack of air conditioning was a problem, though. It gets really hot in summer.
