A special mention to Vignesh, who was amazing, kind, friendly, approachable, and genuinely caring. The whole team's attitude and service made a real difference. They were responsive whenever something came up, and handled it promptly and professionally. We were warmly welcomed even though we arrived early, and were unexpectedly upgraded to a one-bedroom apartment. It was spotless, fresh, modern, beautifully presented, and clearly cared for in every detail. My partner and I loved it. The first room's view wasn't quite right for us, but after a quick call to Vignesh and the team, they moved us to another one with a peaceful, stunning outlook. That change really lifted the stay. We'd planned to stay in a few places around Malta, but wanted one hotel where we could really relax. Our agent recommended this newly opened, unusual spot, and it ended up being the highlight of our trip. As with any new hotel, there were a few minor teething issues. The heating didn't work at first, but they fixed it quickly and without fuss. Hot water ran out a bit fast for long baths, and there were some tiny bugs in the evenings, but staff dealt with those things promptly too. For full access to facilities like the pool and extras, I'd recommend booking the Verdala side, though the apartments are lovely either way. It's a little outside the main tourist areas, so I'd suggest renting a car. That location is also what makes it peaceful and good for switching off. This hotel is now one of my favorites and a lovely way to start the year. Thanks to everyone for a fantastic stay. As the hotel grows, I'm sure it'll get even better. We'll definitely return.

The hotel was great and the service was too. It's 23 minutes from the capital, Valeta. A special thanks to night auditor Jafar, who was very helpful and gave good recommendations.

We had a lovely one-bedroom apartment with great facilities. Our view was inland, which meant there wasn't really a view, but it was winter and we weren't using the terrace, so that was fine. Pool access at the hotel cost 30 euro per person per day. That's understandable in winter, but in summer I think pool access would be a must, and that price would add up over a week.
