The hotel was assigned through our travel service, and it worked out perfectly for my husband and me. We had no complaints. Our room was quiet and clean, housekeeping came daily, and the bed was comfortable and fresh each day. Everyone on staff was friendly and polite. The buffet had plenty of choices, and the fancy coffees from the self-serve machine were delicious. It was a relaxed way to start the morning. Restaurants, groceries, and shops were easy to reach on foot. For historic attractions in Malta, you generally need a bus or Bolt, like Uber, but we had guided tours so that wasn’t an issue. The fresh water dispensers on every floor were much appreciated for refilling our bottles.

Renske at reception really stood out. She was welcoming, efficient, and always willing to go the extra mile with questions or requests, and her upbeat manner made the visit even more enjoyable. The rest of the staff were friendly and helpful too. My room was clean, comfortable, and well looked after, and the amenities were top-notch. I especially enjoyed the breakfast buffet. I had a wonderful stay and highly recommend the hotel. Hope you get to meet Renske!

We were impressed with the hotel during our Malta vacation. The rooms were clean, the location was great, and breakfast each day was fantastic. Staff were really friendly and quick to respond. All in all, a great place to stay.

We’d stayed here once before, in 2024, and everything had been fine, so we were looking forward to returning. This time, in 2026, we left feeling very differently and I won’t stay here again. The room was hot and stuffy, the fan didn’t work, and there was no AC. We were a month later last year. A vodka bar has opened across from the main entrance, right by our room. On Thursday, Friday, and Saturday the noise was deafening all night. I mentioned it to the desk on Saturday, not as a complaint, and the young lady said if I complained to her she could call the police and they would shut it down. I did as she suggested, and the police came, but with little result. Sunday night was fine. My biggest issue was Sujibha’s seriously unprofessional attitude. She was the young lady who told me to report the noise to her. When little changed, I called again and asked if she could contact a manager. She suddenly got rude and said it was the weekend and the manager was unavailable. It’s the hotel business. I worked in retail for 30 years as a district manager, and weekends were definitely when I was on call for customers. I gave up and went to bed. At 1 am, while I was sound asleep, Sujibha called to say my patio door was open. I said I knew, I was letting fresh air in because it was hot and stuffy, and I’d already given up on the noise after three days. The call felt vindictive and rude. I was extremely offended to be woken at 1 am just to be told the door was cracked.
