We spent more than four months in this apartment while learning English, and it was a great place to stay. The renters were polite and really helpful, and we made unforgettable memories there. The apartment is spacious, has six beds, and the kitchen is well equipped, so it works well for families. We didn’t have to spend too much, and it was worth every cent. The Mediterranean view is the best in Malta. If you’re after a good location, comfort, and value, this place has all three.

We had a great stay in the level 7 studio for 2 1/2 months, and we’d come back to Malta and stay here again. Ruth and Neville were friendly, quick to respond, and helpful the whole time. They arranged our airport transfer, and we even had time for a few chats and learned more about Malta from them. The location puts everything close by: a bus stop, 3 Supermarkets, and all sorts of restaurants within 500 meters. The studio was clean, the appliances worked, and everything we needed was there. Both the kitchen and bathroom were well supplied. Outside, there’s a front terrace with the view shown in the app, plus a back terrace that gets a little more winter sun. There were deckchairs with covers, a barbecue, and everything we needed to enjoy the terraces.

The balcony views alone make this place worth considering. The flat is very spacious, and the master bedroom is generously sized compared with others we saw in Malta. The kitchen had everything we needed. We stayed on a short let for just under 3 months, and Ruth was always helpful and made sure we had what we needed. Restaurants, bars, and a supermarket are a 5 minute walk away. The bus stop is about 2 minutes away, with buses straight to Sliema and Valletta. We were very pleased with our stay and would recommend it 100%.

We were 7 girls staying in the apartment, and there was plenty of room for all of us. It was clean, had enough airconditioning, and the view was beautiful. The beach is right in front, with nightlife and good restaurants nearby, and there are lots of busstops in the area. Neville and Ruth were friendly, helpful, and checked in to see how we were enjoying our stay. I’d definitely book one of their residences if we return to Malta.

The owners were easy to reach and extremely helpful, and their suggested airport shuttle was convenient. The place is very spacious, with the sea-side promenade right across the road. It’s in the heart of a terrific city, with plenty of restaurants nearby, and public transport is an easy, affordable way to reach many of Malta’s tourist sites. Highly recommended.
