Chalet Apartments

The location was great, but the apartment was only okay and not very clean. During our two-week stay, the internet was out for the first week, and we had no television for the full two weeks, though replacing the decoder would have been enough to fix it. We reported the problem on day one, but nothing was repaired. At the end, the owner didn't answer our message.

The bathroom was great, and there was plenty of useful equipment: a good air conditioner, washing machine (not a dryer), a decent kitchen, internet, TV, wardrobe, hair dryer, chest of drawers with lots of drawers, iron, and hangers. There was also a little table and chair on the balcony at the back. The location was very convenient, close to supermarkets, bus stops, a gym, and other shops. The room was nicely set up, though windows on both sides let in quite a bit of light even with the curtains drawn, so resting later could be hard. The first problem was on arrival: the bedroom door wasn't left unlocked as agreed, and we waited quite a while for someone to come open it. The cleaning wasn't good, so we had to do a thorough clean ourselves and wash all the sheets and towels. The sheets especially smelled bad. The mattress smelled so strong and unpleasant that we left it propped against the glass in the room for a full day to get some sun on it. The elevator is genuinely tiny and stays shut all the time, so opening it brings a musty smell from inside. People with mobility difficulties may also struggle with the high first steps and lack of a ramp. At least the other guests and neighbors in the area were very quiet.

It's in a good location, but the bed was awful and the sofa was incredibly uncomfortable. The furniture, floors, bathroom, and kitchen were barely clean at all. I wouldn't recommend it.
