The hotel’s close to the seaside promenade, which was really handy. We had a pleasant stay, and arriving late at night felt welcoming because the staff made it clear they were expecting us. Our room was spacious, clean and quiet. Breakfast had plenty of variety, including good vegetarian choices, and I especially liked the fruit. With so many guests, some popular dishes ran out quickly, though we saw them being replenished. It might help to check the buffet more often so empty serving plates don’t sit there. The staff checked in to see if we were all right and needed anything. That was thoughtful, and we appreciated it. Thanks to the team!

We were a little unsure whether the hotel would match its ratings, but our five days there won us over. From arrival right through to the end, the service was wonderful. The rooms were very clean, the staff polite and cheerful, and the fitness room had excellent new equipment. I also found the sauna and spa really relaxing. It’s near Valletta, and parking was free with only a short walk. The neighborhood felt pleasant and local 😉. Breakfast was exceptionally good too. Thanks for a great stay, I’ll recommend it to my friends.

At Courtyard Hotel Malta, the modern, spotless hotel and comfortable room were great, but the staff made the biggest impression. Everyone was welcoming, attentive and friendly, and the service felt first class. I’d happily return and highly recommend it.

We used the indoor pool, steam room and sauna a few times after days out exploring. Everything was clean and peaceful, with fresh towels and loungers always available. We didn’t book spa treatments. Our anniversary got off to a lovely start: after we asked the hotel for nearby restaurant suggestions, we arrived to find an upgraded room, a complimentary bottle of Prosecco and chocolates. Such a kind surprise. The room was spacious and clean, with plenty of storage and a really comfortable bed. There was a station with fresh water and ice near our room, and we weren’t disturbed by other guests. Breakfast was delicious with lots of choice. Even at busy times, the friendly staff found us a table quickly. Reception were always happy to help, whether with advice on getting to Gozo or helping my partner arrange a surprise anniversary meal. They also asked about our trips around Malta, which made us feel welcome and valued. Everyone, from the managers and reception to the restaurant and housekeeping teams, was polite and went out of their way to make sure we had what we needed. We had a lovely time at Courtyard and can’t wait to come back to Malta!
