Days Inn Hotel & Residence

Two hours after checkout, I realized I’d left my jbl (speaker) in the room. When I went back to ask, they said they didn’t know about it, but I’m 100% sure I left it there. It was gone within those two hours, and they weren’t helpful. The housekeepers seemed weird, and I think they stole it. Cleaning was also never done properly, and the room smelled really bad after the housekeepers cleaned it. This was a terrible experience. I can’t call this a hotel, and strongly advise against staying here.

The staff were lovely and always willing to help, and the location was peaceful while still close to everything we needed. We loved staying here. The room was always tidy, everything was super clean, and the bed linen got changed every day. We’d definitely come back!

The location was the one good thing about this hotel, but it didn’t make up for the lack of basic comfort or poor service. For five days our room had no way to open the window, and the air became completely unbreathable. When we asked reception what could be done, they said their policy didn’t allow it because of past incidents. We asked several times for a fan, air purifier or room change, and they refused every option. The staff were dismissive and unhelpful, making a bad situation worse. Locking guests in with no ventilation is unacceptable. I don’t recommend this place, especially if fresh air, hygiene or respectful service matter to you.

The rooms were neat, clean and well equipped, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Great location too. Highly recommend!
