6/10
The host was quick and great to communicate with, and check-in and checkout were easy. That’s why I’d rate it 7/10 rather than 6. The apartment had room for nine people, comfortable beds, working air conditioning, and a balcony jacuzzi that was in good condition. The view was great too. On arrival, the cleaning hadn’t been done properly, and some sheets didn’t look changed even though they seemed okay. We spoke with the host and got a proper clean the next day. The place is quite worn and really needs a makeover. It was good enough for a pleasant stay, but not exceptional. There are two ant colonies, one under the entrance door and one in the hallway bathroom, and they should be dealt with as soon as possible. We knew there were only two bathrooms, but the water pressure was poor, and the Wi-Fi was pretty bad.

The view is amazing, but everything else is horrible. Don’t stay here if you’re after a nice apartment.

6/10
The view is the standout. The apartment itself has a narrow, catwalk-like hallway and lots of beds, so it seems designed for a big group. It’s somewhat worn, not very clean, and short on amenities, so I wouldn’t call it exceptional.

The apartment and the view are amazing, and there’s plenty to like about this place. It’s lacking equipment, though. Aside from that, everything was good.
