We’d arrived a day late for a room that my holiday insurance had booked and paid for. I’d fallen ill in Malta and had to wait for medical clearance to fly home. When we got there, the person inside wouldn’t open the door and said we were a no-show. My husband explained what had happened through the closed door, and the bill had already been paid in advance, but we got nowhere. We’ve since found a B&B where we’ve been warmly welcomed and are recovering from a terrible experience. However good the accommodation might be, how can a hospitality business deserve any stars if it’s willing to treat people so appallingly?

The young man who greeted us made sure we had what we needed and helped make the stay really pleasant. The apartment felt modern, with a well-equipped kitchen, a lovely Maltese balcony, clean rooms and a very comfortable mattress. We were very happy with it and would come back. 10/10.

For a short Malta visit, this apartment worked perfectly. It was roomy, clean and practical, and the location was especially convenient for first-time visitors. Everything matched what we expected, so we left fully satisfied.

The staff were helpful, and the place itself is modern, clean and well equipped. Noise was the downside: it sits on a busy corner, and light comes through the door, so it does little to block sound. Fix that and it would be a real winner.

The apartments were spotless. I'd definitely recommend them!
