The bed was comfortable, and room service was friendly and quick. There are a few things that could use attention, like the shower drain and the room wallpaper, but otherwise it's an amazing place. When the power went out on my first day, the staff handled it professionally, kept me updated, and fixed it as quickly as possible. It wasn't the hotel's fault, as power cuts are quite normal in Malta. Check-in and check-out were easy, and the service desk got me a taxi to the airport that arrived within two minutes. Definitely recommend it!

August here is brutal. The heat bounces off the buildings and pavements, there are no trees, and 32 degrees feels like 42. I've been to Egypt in summer and found it more pleasant. Still, we couldn't be happier with our choice of place. It's only minutes from the ferry to Valletta, a five-minute boat ride, and close to the area's main bars and restaurants. The staff were so friendly and helpful, even finding thread and a needle so I could sew my backpack. You can leave your luggage there too. Our comfortable room had a large bed, balcony, fridge, iron and ironing board, plus a double shower with fantastic pressure. It was cleaned daily. There's a gym in the building, though we didn't use it.

I expected very basic things because I paid fairly little, but Pebbles Hotel gave us more than that. The apartment was a great size, clean, and the staff were lovely and helpful. The price for the quality is amazing. The gym was also nearly better than the one I use at home, which I hadn't even remembered was included when I booked :D I'd be very happy to recommend this place.

We had fantastic views from the apartment's balconies, and the place was spacious. The cleaners did a great job every day, while the reception staff were so welcoming and friendly. The area felt safe and had a lovely, lively atmosphere, with plenty happening day and night. Bars downstairs do make some noise, as other reviews mention, but I'd expected that and it wasn't a big problem for me. If you need complete quiet, this spot may not suit you. It's also brilliantly placed for bars, restaurants and cafes, with the Valletta ferry just across the road and within a short walk. Boat tours to Gozo and Comino leave from opposite too. I miss it already and hope to return soon!
