Patrick and Dianne’s hospitality was outstanding, and the apartments made our time in Valletta even better. They’re spacious, bright, and have beautiful amenities and good bathrooms. We especially loved having drinks and nibbles on the upstairs terrace every afternoon before dinner, with that amazing view. The location is incredibly central, close to everything we wanted to do and see. I’d highly recommend staying here. If you’re not convinced, take a look at my photos of the beautiful sunrise!

The apartment itself felt like a peaceful oasis, even though Barrakka Gardens, cafés, and Valletta’s iconic streets are just steps away. We loved the balcony overlooking the city, especially for morning coffee and sunset drinks. It was immaculate, beautifully designed, and had everything we needed, including high-speed Wi-Fi and a fully equipped kitchen. The place blends modern comfort with historic Maltese charm. The host was thoughtful and responsive, and the local recommendations were brilliant. Don’t miss the tips for hidden-gem restaurants! The little touches made us feel at home. We love Malta, and this apartment is a wonderful way to enjoy everything the island has to offer. We came for the second time, and it was just as fantastic as we remembered. Patrick and Diane are the perfect hosts, giving first-class service from the time you book until you leave. The apartment has everything you need to feel at home, and the rooftop terrace is the best place to take in the views over the grand harbour. The location is excellent too, with an easy walk to Valletta’s sights and restaurants, and to the bus station if you want to explore the island.

Patrick and Diana are thoughtful, friendly hosts who make you feel like a guest, not a customer. Read his story inside the door, or just ask him. The top two-bedroom apartment was immaculate and tastefully decorated, with everything in its place and comfortable AC and beds. We stayed for eight nights and could easily have gone wrong anywhere else, since this one definitely rates five stars, or 10/10, by our measure as world travellers for 50 years. The street was very quiet at night. It’s about a 10-minute walk to the main streets, bus centre, and ferries. The two-level terrace overlooks the harbour, and is lovely for an afternoon drink or a quiet read. There’s also an excellent food court near the supermarket, where you can pick up freshly prepared meals to take home when you don’t feel like going to a restaurant.
