The food was awful, tasteless and served in small portions. There was just one starter and one dish per person, which felt like charity. I ordered honey chicken and it was undercooked with no flavour. We asked to sit indoors, but a staff member named kushi insisted we use the garden in the excruciating heat, saying it would make her work easier. Once our starter arrived, mosquitoes were everywhere and staff had no solution. We knew the garden could mean mosquitoes, which is why we had asked for inside. Stop making excuses and take action. The hygiene was disgusting. The photos are misleading, the infrastructure is poor and there is no basic comfort. The pool is tiny compared with how it looks in the pictures. Staff were not friendly and made it feel like a burden to do their jobs. There's no basic entertainment, the WiFi is poor, and the place feels like an open-air prison.

The room was spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly, attentive and very helpful. Some of them spoke English as well. I felt relaxed and safe during a fantastic stay at this beautiful hotel. The area is lovely to visit.

We used the pool a few times. It's small, but clean and well maintained, and the room air conditioning worked well. The place looks a little tired in spots, though the staff were helpful and breakfast was fresh. I booked for the three of us to avoid driving back north in the rain, so convenience was all I expected. We ended up having a pleasant stay and will definitely come again.

The location is handy for Casela Park and most activities, especially the water activities. The beach is right in front, the pool is wonderful, and the atmosphere feels very relaxing. Breakfast and dinner were delicious. I was concerned by a few negative reviews before arriving, but the hotel turned out much better than I expected. Our room was comfortable and had air conditioning and a refrigerator, unlike a previous four-star hotel I'd stayed in that didn't even have a fridge. For families or anyone wanting two rooms side by side, I'd recommend 134 and 135. They're adjacent and each has its own balcony. A very positive stay, and I'd highly recommend the hotel.

As a vegetarian couple, we asked for Indian food to be added to the breakfast buffet, and they happily did so with Aloo paratha and Poori, among other things. The food was very good, and our club room at Aanari was spacious with all the amenities. We had a fabulous, very pleasant stay and no other concerns. The car park is behind the hotel, so look for the Mei Yan Restaurant parking and leave the car there. A few possible improvements: the 1 TR air conditioner didn't have enough capacity for a club-sized room, and 2 TR would be better. A bidet spray in the bathroom would be welcome, and the balcony glass door needs a locking mechanism.
