Anuradha made our honeymoon at Sugar Beach unforgettable. She checked in with us over breakfast, arranged a no-cost upgrade so we could be closer to the beach, and invited us to a special dinner by the sea on our last evening. Everyone at the hotel was kind and polite, but her thoughtfulness really stood out. We spent five amazing days there and loved how peaceful and comfortable our big, quiet room was. The whole hotel was extremely clean. Breakfast and dinner at the buffet, as well as the Buddha Bar, were great, with plenty of high-quality choices. There was so much to do and so many services that we never needed to leave the hotel. From its spot in Flic en Flac, we could also visit Le Morne, la Grand Baie, and the western coast of Mauritius. We saw some of the most stunning sunsets we've ever seen. Sugar Beach was a perfect place for our honeymoon, and we'd happily recommend it.

The beach access was excellent, and the food was delicious. Our room was large, spacious, and right by the beach. They also had baby supplies like a steriliser and bottle warmer, which made our stay with our daughter much easier. The staff were friendly and great with the kids. A big thank you to the chef who made baby food for my daughter every night. I didn't catch the head chef's name, but I really appreciated it. Housekeeping kept the room to a high standard too. Sharmilla, who cleaned it during our stay, was especially friendly. A great hotel for guests with a baby.

Denzel, Samuel, Shaneel, Keshav, and Dashan made our time at Buddha-Bar Beach feel special. They were attentive and professional, and their warm, upbeat service made the whole experience more enjoyable. The atmosphere was lovely, the drinks were great, and this was one of the best service experiences I've had. Thanks to all of them for making it so memorable. I'd recommend the place, especially for its staff.

The kids club turned out to be a highlight of our family holiday. We'd never really used one before, but after a quick look around, our 3 and 5 year old wanted to stay for a couple of hours. The staff were excellent and plentiful, and the setting felt like a fairytale house in paradise, even better than the photos suggested. We chose the all inclusive package and were pleased with the food and drinks throughout. Sugar Beach's enormous grounds are beautiful and immaculate, so even with lots of guests it never felt crowded. The beach and pool were wow. We had a really memorable stay and hope to come back. Thanks to all the staff.
