The rooms were neat, though the bathroom was on the small side. The beach is a few minutes away by car. There’s free WiFi and breakfast, plus parking inside the hotel, but spaces are limited. A tourist fee was added to the bill. Check-in took almost an hour even though nobody else was ahead of us. Richard was humble, kind, and explained everything well. Pooja, on the other hand, didn’t make us feel welcome and wasn’t good with customers. The other woman at reception was very nice and humble. No toiletries were provided, including shower gel, shampoo, or handwash. On the first day we got three water bottles. The vegetarian breakfast choices were breads, juice, coffee, tea, yogurt, corn flakes, and fruit, and they also made a vegetarian fried dish.

The staff were polite and supportive, the rooms were clean, and we appreciated the shuttle service and clear explanations. The hotel is about 1 km from Flic en Flac beach. During our five-day stay, we spent the first two days in a clean, comfortable standard room with breakfast, and one day in a family room that was spacious and ideal for families. One standard room we booked another day was very small, more suited to one person than two, which was disappointing. Breakfast was also difficult for us as vegetarians: mostly milk, bread, and one or two fruits, with very little variety. The staff and cleanliness were great, but room sizes should be more consistent and vegetarian options could be better.

The staff are helpful, and the room gets cleaned daily with the sheets changed. For what we paid, it’s excellent. There’s plenty of parking, and I’d recommend having a car if you stay here.

The rooms are quite basic, although the hotel is only a five-minute drive from Flic en Flac. Our main problem was the leaking AC. It wasn’t working properly, and even after we told the hotel, they left it unfixed for three days.
