The rooms have a refrigerator and microwave, and the manager, Mr.Bipin, was nice to talk with and tried his best to help. The property is just across from flic and flack beach, occupying the first and second floors of a building with an active pub downstairs. The rooms can be considered sea facing, though privacy is an issue because they share a balcony with only glass partitions. These apartments don't really offer services.

The location is fantastic, with a sea view over the superb, long flic en Flac beach. We spent six nights in the apartment after four nights in a Port Louis hotel, continuing our conference and holiday in Mauritius. The air conditioning didn't cool enough, perhaps because it wasn't powerful enough for the spacious two bedroom apartment. The hot water wasn't very hot either, though it was sufficient for a shower.

The apartment was spacious and close to the beach, with a balcony looking out to the mountains. But the balcony door didn't shut properly, and peace and quiet are hard to come by here. On weekends the place becomes a nightclub, with very loud music. During Halloween weekend it was impossible to sleep, and the party went on until 4 a.m. If you're looking for rest, avoid it. If you want to party, it could suit you. There are plenty of problems inside too. The shower pressure was almost nonexistent, and the water turned cold after about five minutes. Some furniture was broken, the wall outlets didn't work, the AC was extremely loud, and the walls were paper thin. The bedroom lamps had EU plugs, but the apartment only had UK outlets. Doors popped open unless locked with a key. The pool sits in the middle of the bar and two restaurants, so it didn't feel private or relaxing, and we didn't use it. Showering felt like being on the dance floor too.

We visited in September 2025, during the off season, and it was calm and soothing. Our room was very clean, and Bipin was helpful and accommodating. The hotel is just opposite flic en flac beach, and the sea view room was beautiful and mesmerising. We enjoyed our stay.
