The watchman was dedicated, helpful, and very polite with guests. The owner could learn a lot from him. The location and first-floor apartment look like the pictures, but the welcome was awful. The owner, or agent, seemed too focused on money and was rude and impatient to get payment. We were told on arrival to check and memorize the number of glasses, mugs, spoons, and other items in front of him. If every broken glass or plate costs Rs1000, they should give guests a checklist instead. The rooms were dirty, the AC in one room didn't work, and there was a used tissue roll. The kitchen bin was in poor condition, the toilet bin still had the previous guest's waste, and neither bin had a liner. There was only one small towel for five people. First time and last. Not recommended at all. And don't reply saying it's another owner or whatever.
