The staff were lovely, but the rest of the stay was disappointing. There was just one pool, and it was both cold and dirty. I don't know where people got the idea there were mountains or the sea, unless they imagined them. At check-in, someone met us at the airport and greeted us. Once in our rooms, though, we found dust on the beds and televisions, ants everywhere, and poor cleanliness. I was glad I'd brought my own sheets and blankets. The shower head was rusty and barely let out a trickle. My daughter's room had the same dust and ants, although her shower worked better, with lukewarm water.
