The care from the staff was what made our nine days at The St. Regis Le Morne Resort, Mauritius so special. Everyone was consistently warm, professional, and attentive, creating the kind of calm, joyful atmosphere we’d hoped to find in Mauritius. Mr. Pouven and Ms. Manisha stood out for their kindness, dedication, and service. They made us feel at home. We also happened to meet the owner, Mr. Kiran, whose humility, friendliness, and personal island tips were a lovely surprise. We’ve stayed at many top resorts around the world, and this was among the very best we’ve experienced as a family. The food, leisure and sports activities, kids’ club, childcare, and especially the service were all outstanding. The resort brought plenty of positive surprises and service at the highest level. The people are what made The St. Regis Le Morne stand out. Our butler service was thoughtful and warm, with attention to little details and no sense of intrusion. Noshreen and Ayman brought a personal touch through their kindness, care, and quiet professionalism. The dining and beach teams were also consistently friendly and generous with their time. The setting is breathtaking, with the sunrise behind the resort, the lagoon stretching out ahead, and theatrical sunsets. One evening became one of those rare travel moments I know I’ll remember for years. The days had an easy rhythm: gentle mornings, afternoons in the light over the lagoon, and calm Mauritian evenings that made us slow down. We left restored and grateful, already talking about coming back. Thank you to the whole team for a memorable week in what really feels like island paradise.

We appreciated the late check-out, which was especially convenient for my dad. Our room was spacious and clean, and was refreshed several times each day. Sharmila’s butler service was very helpful and gave our stay a personal touch. We spent a week at The St. Regis Mauritius and found the resort beautiful, with green grounds and lovely views. Service stayed friendly and attentive all week. Breakfast had lots of options, and we particularly enjoyed the Japanese restaurant and the Floating Market. The buffet also offered plenty of good choices each day.

The staff were warm, smiling, and genuinely kind, and we left relaxed and grateful, already wanting to return. They took care of every request and paid attention to our needs from the start, asking about dietary restrictions and our arrival and departure times so everything could be organized around us. Our room was spacious and comfortable, and the hotel itself was beautiful, with lots to do, especially for children. The restaurant food was excellent and a real highlight. We felt pampered throughout: coffee brought to the room in the morning, a housekeeper helping us unpack and pack, and many thoughtful little touches. Comfort was never compromised. The New Year’s Eve celebration was beautifully organized and exceptionally high quality. The show had drones, fireworks, great music, and a lively atmosphere, making the evening memorable.
