Mrs Kelly did her best to make my stay pleasant, and I appreciate her for that. She deserves to be manager in Michael’s place. The rest of the experience was awful. The room was small and unpleasant, the bathroom was cramped, and there was no hot water. The reception didn’t make us feel welcome, and Michael, the manager, was rude and useless. The service was poor, there was a bad smell, and the place was dirtier than a landfill. It also looked nothing like the pictures, with a parking lot view instead of the sea. I arrived at 2 pm and didn’t get anything to eat until 9:30 pm. Breakfast was supposed to include croissants and other things, but I only got a piece of bread, some cheese, and jam. If you want a good hotel, try BE COSY HOTEL, which isn’t far from cosy holiday. BE COSY deserves five stars; Cosy holiday doesn’t deserve any. This was definitely the worst hotel I’ve stayed in.

The photos gave us the wrong impression, and quite a few things at the hotel were broken or not working. We were four adults and two children and had been told there would be three bedrooms. Instead, we got two, with one double bed and two single beds. We asked about another room, but they just said “okay” and did nothing. I expected an apology or some effort to move us elsewhere. When we arrived, another couple looked really disappointed, which made us doubt the place too. We’d already paid, though, so felt stuck. Given the price, we could see why the hotel was so bad. We had a really enjoyable four days, especially the live music show, which was well organized. The atmosphere was quiet, the food was good, and the staff were friendly. Mont Choisy beach is just a five minute walk away. We almost skipped booking because of some negative reviews, but they turned out to be wrong. The nightly rate was worth it.

Mrs Kelly really did all she could to help us have a nice stay, so a special thanks to her. Still, this was my first and last time at cosi holiday. The manager, mikel, should be replaced by Mrs Kelly. He was unwelcoming, and the rooms weren’t maintained well. The pool was dirty and smelled bad nearby. I got trapped in the toilet and was lucky to have my phone with me. The air conditioner didn’t work, and the bathroom water was cold. I was so disappointed that I didn’t eat dinner. The meal wasn’t enough for the guests with me, and although I ordered at 6 p.m. for my hungry children, we didn’t receive it until 9 p.m. The entertainment was only for people who understood the language. I don’t recommend cosi holiday, I wasted my money.
