There was no ocean view from the residence, since buildings and trees blocked it, and the beach was far enough away to require a walk. I was disappointed that it was presented as beachfront and with spa access. The spa information seemed to come from Mystic, which is actually beachfront and has a pool; the public can also use it for a high daily fee. The doors felt secure, and the maid was the only good part of the stay. The Booking.com photos showed a couch where I planned to sleep, but there wasn't one, so I had to use chair cushions to make a bed on the floor. The pictures and the actual place were different. I first booked January 4-15, then noticed my flight wasn't until the 19th and booked the other four nights separately. From the start I told Reza we wanted a pool and oceanfront, but he was very uncooperative about canceling those last four days. I complained to Booking.com and the owner the day after we arrived. He then changed the wording, but I saved a screenshot of what was offered at the end of December. Check this Sunway residence before making a firm decision.

My friend and I wanted somewhere with a beach view and a pool to relax beside. When we arrived, we found trees and buildings between us and the beach, so we had to walk about five minutes to see it. The listing said there was a pool, but there wasn't one, so we couldn't relax by it.

A quiet, lovely spot close to the beach. I enjoyed sitting on the nice balcony and listening to the birds.

The apartment was clean, the host was friendly, and getting to the beach was easy. Shopping centres were about a 10 minute drive away.
