Ki Residences with LOV

We had everything we needed in this excellent apartment, and the location was great. It was better than quite a few hotels we’ve stayed in. I’d definitely choose it again when visiting Perrybare or Grand Baie.

Block E Penthouse 2 was amazing. The bed was the most comfortable ever, and the place was fresh, clean, and very high end. There’s loads of space, a gourmet kitchen, and a private rooftop pool.

We arrived late at night to find the keypad lockbox broken, then waited half an hour for someone to let us in. This was a shocking stay in a two-bedroom apartment managed by Sarvesh (KSN Real Estate). It turned out the previous guests had stayed for a month and the apartment hadn’t been cleaned after they left. Apparently there’d been a mix-up and nobody realised new guests were arriving. The AC was broken too. Cleaning finally happened the next day, but even after five hours of work, neither bathroom had been cleaned properly and there was hair everywhere. We ended up booking a hotel so we could leave. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The pool was nice, and the place was clean, well equipped, and nicely decorated. It’s near the beach, restaurants, and supermarket. Even with a main road out front, it was quiet. I’d definitely recommend it.
