Ocean’s Creek Beach Hotel Mauritius

The children’s smiles said it all. Our group came away with lovely memories, and we’re grateful for the care and kindness everyone showed us. On behalf of M-Kids Association, thank you to the management and staff of Ocean’s Creek Beach Hotel for welcoming our 12 children and the accompanying staff during our stay on 23-24 May. The team’s warm reception, professional approach, and thoughtful care made the atmosphere special and helped everyone feel comfortable and valued. The colleagues who’ve spoken to us since have had plenty of kind things to say about the evening. It was a lovely way to mark a successful year. For our EOY dinner, having the tables by the buffet and inside the air-conditioned area made the whole night comfortable. The buffet was extensive and my colleagues really enjoyed the food. Staff were courteous, attentive, and quick to help all evening. Thanks especially to Azam, who was patient and professional while helping us negotiate and plan the booking.

We’ve made it a Valentine’s Day tradition, and we’ll be back next year. My girlfriend and I first came to Ocean's Creek Beach Hotel in 2025 for an all-inclusive day package, which was our first hotel experience. The bar was set high, so this year, 2026, we booked a family room. The hotel kindly upgraded us to a family suite, a gesture we really appreciate. The suite felt unreal. The king-sized bed was so comfortable, and we loved the swiveling TV with a custom message, the two A/C units, ceiling fans, bathtub, and the showers and bathrooms. The reception felt warm and cosy. Muz shared the upgrade news and gave us a quick, clear tour. Thanks to Muz, Anne, and Anshdeep for their friendly personalities and guidance. The food was flawless, so hats off to the cooks and waiters. Aqua Gym was great too. Cedric makes it a one-of-a-kind session, and we hope he’s there next year. The girls did a great job as well. Whoever arranged the upgrade, thank you from the heart. It was an unexpected treat, and these are days we’ll remember for life.

The bar could use more staff, especially at busy times, since service was slow. And the 11 a.m. checkout was a let-down. The complimentary activities helped balance that out, though, and there were pool activities too. We spent Christmas Eve here on a one-day staycation. The room was spacious enough for three adults, with a small single-bed arrangement that worked well, and the view was decent. Food quality was good, with nothing to complain about. Entertainment was okay, but pretty average. It felt more geared toward families and kids than couples. Still, for the price at this time of year, it was a pleasant stay and good value.
