Citadelle Mall Apartments

The location was great. I had a room on the 20th floor with an amazing view over the city. The apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped, and the property manager was awesome and really helpful.

The apartment was spotless and neat, with absolutely stunning views. The staff were friendly too. Highly recommended, and well worth it.

A cosy, peaceful place in the heart of plouis, with a really nice view. There are several pieces of fitness equipment for working out, and it has a kid-friendly environment.

We had a spacious, comfortable apartment on one of floors 16 to 20, with a beautiful view of Port Louis. It had two bedrooms, each with a clean bathroom, a well-stocked kitchen, a safe in one bedroom, and Scrabble. The apartment area uses a special password as well as the keys, which made it feel quite safe. Mr. Ismael took care of everything at check-in. After we found the residence with navigation, he showed us the car park entrance, met us on the floor where we'd park, arranged someone with a luggage carrier to bring up our bags, and gave us his number for any questions or problems. Caudan Waterfront and the China Town are within walking distance. The parking area is very narrow, so cars can only go up or down one at a time. There are traffic lights on each floor, with red meaning stop for oncoming traffic and green meaning you can continue. The cleanliness wasn't great. The couch and bed sheets had stains, and we found a few hairs and bristles on the bed cushions. Port Louis itself also wasn't to our liking. Shops close at 5 p.m., so there isn't much chance to shop locally. The streets felt dark and uncanny in the evening, and the city seemed dirty and stinky. I wouldn't recommend staying here for 2-3 nights. Just spend 2-3 hours visiting the capital, then go somewhere near the seaside.
