Le Suffren Hotel & Marina

My classic room was spacious and well equipped, though I spotted tiny sugar ants near the tea and coffee area. They didn't bother me, but it would be good to deal with them. I came for my birthday and stayed one night on the half-board package. From check-in, I felt well looked after. Meetun showed me to my room and around the hotel. Dinner was fresh and delicious, and Sailesh welcomed me warmly and kept checking in. Atish also made sure I was all right at dinner and breakfast, and found me a lovely table for one. I did miss having curry at dinner. I had a lovely chat with Skipper John during the crossing to the Caudan side. The receptionists were lovely too and welcomed me, then saw me off. It was a 10/10 stay, and I can't wait to return.

We got a five-star experience at this four-star hotel. Esha arranged a ground-floor room when my wife's ankle was bothering her. Atish and the dining team kept checking on us, and Manish and the housekeeping team took care of our needs quickly and cheerfully. Thanks to all the other staff as well for making the stay memorable.

I was in Port Louis for work and was really impressed by the service. The room and the staff's attentiveness both deserve top marks. Atish stood out. He was attentive, professional, and caring, and went out of his way to get us what we needed. He made us feel at home, and with the rest of the team helped make the trip memorable. Thank you, Atish!

For two weekday nights I paid USD $ 392, and the hotel met my expectations at that price. The location is superb, and they run a water taxi to the other side of the waterfront. The towels were clean, but they didn't feel nice and weren't white, perhaps because they'd faded over time. The hotel should replace them soon. I ended up using my own towels.
