We’d often come here to relax and never had a complaint, maybe because we hadn’t dealt with the owners before. On our latest visit, around 3 PM, we called reception to order tea and croissants, since the menu listed tea time as 14h00-18h00. The woman who answered, who seemed to be the owner, was shockingly rude. She shouted that the kitchen was closed and wouldn’t let us explain. When we pointed out the listed hours and clarified we wanted tea, coffee and one portion of croissants, she kept interrupting and accusing us of not reading the menu. It says a portion is four pieces, and that’s what we asked for. Her aggressive, disrespectful tone was completely uncalled for. We cancelled, told her that wasn’t how guests should be spoken to, and hung up. Then she called back and insisted on taking the order even though we’d refused. The whole stressful exchange ruined our mood. Paying customers shouldn’t be treated this way.

My room hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived on December 26th, despite having a reservation. The owner was at reception, apparently drunk and still celebrating Christmas, and lit a cigarette right in front of us at the desk. After that, he kept me waiting while three couples who arrived later were checked in first. When I complained, he was disrespectful and did nothing to calm things down. Then his mother came and shouted at my girlfriend. It was a horrible, shocking experience. Avoid this place. You deserve better. I’m not even sure it should be called a hotel.

It’s fresh and clean, and looks like the photos and video. For a very affordable price, the room felt like a 4-star hotel, with shower gel samples and everything. I love the place, genuinely recommend it, and will definitely be back soon.

The WiFi was the one thing that worked well. The room wasn't clean when I arrived, so I had to ask staff to send someone to clean it, and the safe wasn't working either. The furniture wasn't in usable condition. The online photos make the place look quite luxurious, but it really isn't. The pool hasn't been restored, and the loungers by it don't match what the pictures show. I wouldn't recommend it.

They accepted our reservation when I called, but when the date came they said they had no booking for us. Then they kept insisting we were at fault, even though the mistake was on their side. The service, hospitality, and the way they dealt with clients were all really poor. Definitely not recommended.
