The view was great, but getting help wasn't easy. We had to call several times just to find out which room was ours. Inside, the place looked modern, though a light by the main bed was broken. The pool was dirty when I arrived. I had to take the leaves out myself, and there was algae on the bottom. It eventually cleared after a man put on the water cleaner.

We were left frustrated instead of having the relaxing vacation we'd planned. The staff were unavailable or unhelpful when we tried to raise issues, and they didn't respond to our requests. The villa wasn't clean enough when we arrived: the kitchen was dirty and there was no soap in the bathrooms. I was extremely disappointed with the service and wouldn't recommend this villa.

Maneesha, the caretaker, was always friendly and extremely helpful, and we're sure we'll return. The apartment was bright and spacious, with everything needed for self-catering, and the WiFi worked excellently throughout our 14-day stay. The property is very well maintained and in a superb location. The pool was cleaned regularly, and our room was cleaned twice a week.

At night, Valmarin feels like a peaceful escape from city life, with a sea view and a pool. There's a lake with lots of lotuses to the left, and nice places to swim in the sea right in front. It's right by the ferry station for Ile aux Cerfs, and I'd especially recommend it for families or groups.

Madame Mira made our stay at Valmarin Seafront much easier. My husband and I were new to the area, and she answered all our questions, gave us lots of guidance, and suggested places to eat and visit. Everything was nearby, including restaurants and the ferry to Ile aux Cerfs. We had an awesome time, and I'd recommend staying here for its excellent location.
