I waited nearly an hour just to have a tiny stitch removed. I know there were other patients, but the doctors and surgeons seemed to spend their time joking around and doing everything except seeing patients. They need to respect people's time. The customer service was extremely bad.

The doctor himself is very kind, courteous, and dedicated, so I don't want to name him. But some of the doctors' secretaries really need to improve their manners, especially with very sick patients. I missed an appointment this evening because of a medical emergency, and when I called, the secretary lectured me sternly and then hung up while I was trying to explain. I wasn't rude, had never missed an appointment with this doctor before, and apologized repeatedly. She wouldn't reschedule me. I understand a missed appointment can cause inconvenience, but I couldn't give her advance notice because the emergency was unexpected. Is this a paid clinic or a free hospital service? You'd expect some compassion around healthcare, especially at a place like Royal Green.

A peaceful, relaxing spot in Mauritius, right in the center and near places like Ebben. The beaches are a long way off, though.

We came as a group for dinner and a seminar, and I was surprised by how good it was. I'd initially thought this was mostly a wellness center. The food was awesome, and the restaurant was spotless, tidy, and nicely arranged. It's a relaxing place in a good location. I'd definitely recommend going.

The rooms are spacious, but there's no air conditioning in the lounge. The restaurant and breakfast were the worst I've experienced in Mauritius. I wouldn't recommend it.
