The room was roomy, spotless, and well cared for, and the wooden interior gave it a cozy, natural feel. Plants and greenery surround the property. Service was attentive and everyone was incredibly friendly. It’s only a couple of minutes on foot to the bikini beach, and the peaceful setting would suit a solo stay, a family, or friends.

This is a really relaxed, quiet little place, and the staff were friendly. My garden room was simple and clean, with a private terrace where I could sit among the greenery on hot days. The beach is close, and the small harbour where the diving usually starts is just a few minutes' walk away. For my diving holiday, the arrangements worked well. They have an agreement with a local dive centre, and the island seems geared mainly toward divers. Each day the staff checked whether I was diving the next day and whether I’d be out on the boat all day. Breakfast could start at 6:15am, and they made lunch packages. They were flexible about lunch timing when it wasn’t clear exactly when I’d be back. There was always plenty of food, simple but good. Breakfast is English style, so the options may not suit everyone. My only small downside was the food for my vegan diet, which I’d mentioned in advance. The choices were limited and much the same each day, like rice, potatoes, pumpkin, and beans. I understand options can be limited on an island. Requests were sorted quickly, and when nobody was around I could call the number they gave me at the start. For a diving holiday, I can definitely recommend it.

The place is lovely to walk around because there are plants everywhere inside. The staff were so kind and welcoming, and my room was nice and spacious, with good equipment. They came in to clean and tidy it, too. Breakfast was quite good for the Maldives. I really recommend this guest house for a stay in Dhangethi!

The room was spacious enough, and the bathroom was good, but there was a drainage smell in it every morning. The property itself was clean and well maintained, with good service. It’s very well located, close to bikini beach. Pickup and drop-off, as well as check-in and check-out, all went smoothly. Breakfast was the only meal option. We were told lunch and dinner weren’t provided, so we ate all our meals at restaurants around the beach area. If you want a hotel that serves lunch and dinner too, I wouldn’t recommend this one.
