It felt like a home away from home, with new friends and family by the end. The staff were warm, friendly, and helpful, and the rooms are spacious and comfortable, with room for a small family. The shared spaces really brought guests together. In the outdoor main area, you can help yourself to free water, tea, and coffee any time, and there are books and board games too. We met people there, shared stories, and made friends. The attached dive shop goes out diving and snorkeling around 2-3 times a day, depending on the weather, and changes locations daily. If manta rays or whale sharks show up, they get the boat ready so you can head out. The dive team kept checking conditions with local authorities, fishermen, and drones to help make the most of the day. They were professional and safety-conscious on the boat. I trusted the team with my life. The accommodation and dive shop teams made the holiday exceptional.

Faisal Bhai made our scuba diving and snorkeling trips a highlight. He’s experienced and professional, and we felt safe and had a fantastic time in the water. Kat was also so friendly and helpful, making sure we were comfortable throughout. We spent five days at Blue World Dhawarandhoo and had a wonderful stay. The rest house is an easy short walk from the airport, and the free bicycles were handy for exploring the island. Its open-air lobby is a lovely spot to unwind after a day out. A peaceful, friendly place with a local feel and great service. Highly recommended for a visit to Dhawarandhoo!

If your stay goes smoothly, things may be fine, but when a problem comes up, expect a bad experience. I found the storage box crawling with ants when I went to collect my regulator. They’d gotten all over it, even inside the mouthpiece. I’ve never seen that at another dive shop, and it’s absolutely unacceptable. The owner was dismissive and unprofessional, taking no responsibility or acknowledging that customer equipment should have been properly protected. There was also a serious communication problem between the mantastic dive shop and the hotel. Their poor coordination led to billing mistakes, and I had to check and correct my own invoice. They charged an extra 10% as a “service fee,” but what service was that for?

The visibility for diving in April was amazing, and I’d definitely recommend this place. I spent a week here in April for 10 diving sessions. Great people and service, and Bags was a fantastic instructor. If you want to get your Open Water certification, I highly recommend Bags as your PADI instructor ♥️

We were a group of twelve, and the team handled all our needs smoothly. The food was delicious, well prepared, and the atmosphere felt personal and welcoming. They also have laundry, shisha, and the facilities you need on a local island. The diving felt safe and professional at this PADI-approved place. Thanks especially to Fazal, Karim, Jan, and everyone else who went out of their way for us. We had excellent diving, and the service and thoughtful extras made the stay better than we expected. Blue World Maldives has the feel of a cozy three-star hotel with five-star service. It’s a charming local island spot for mixing adventure with downtime. We had an amazing visit and will definitely return. 100% recommended! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
