What stood out was how attentive the owner was. He arranged our airport pick-up, answered messages quickly from the start, and regularly asked if we needed anything. After three days he cleaned our room, making it as fresh as when we first arrived, and kept checking whether we wanted clean towels in the following days. He also bought our transport tickets to Gan for departure and found us a motorbike at a good rate, around 15 USD a day. Since we stayed about six nights, the hotel covered the taxi he arranged to take us to the ferry terminal on our last day. Secret Escape is quiet, with roomy, clean rooms, and everything felt fresh and well cared for. It’s a relatively new place, which you can tell. We were very happy there. The hotel is in the north of the island, fairly near thoondu Beach, one of the island’s most beautiful beaches.

The owner is really kind and helpful, and diving activities are highly recommended. Everything at the place feels new, clean, quiet, and organised. The location works great too, with shops nearby, restaurants a few minutes away on foot, and sweet water lakes quite close. You can walk everywhere. The place and price are well worth it, so I’d recommend it very much. I’ll be back in a couple of months.

Being the first guest at Secret Escape Guest House was a real pleasure. The owner was so kind and kept checking that I had what I needed, which made me feel well looked after. The guesthouse is fresh, comfortable, and clean. You can rent a bicycle there, handy for getting around Fuvahmulah since it’s a fairly big local island. The location is good, near shops and cafes, and close to lovely beaches for watching the sunset. It’s an affordable, welcoming place in a convenient spot, and I’d gladly recommend it.

As the hotel’s second guest, I had such a fantastic stay. The host was thoughtful and always ready to help, checking in every day to see if I was okay or needed anything. I was traveling alone, so I really appreciated that. The room was beautiful and extremely clean. Renting a bike or scooter is also an option, which is handy on a fairly large island. I couldn’t have asked for a better visit and will definitely come back when I’m on Fuvamulah again. Highly recommend it :)

The owner and his family were five-star hosts, always checking whether I needed anything. Everything was clean and nice, and I could rent a scooter directly from him. Secret Escape was great value, and I’d definitely recommend staying here. Thanks for such a great visit!
