Breakfast was included, and it was tasty. They also offer airport pickup, which was a nice touch. The hostel itself was clean, comfortable, and really nice, with very friendly staff. I’d definitely recommend this guest house to anyone looking to stay in Hulhumalé.

The family who run Maakanaa Lodge were so welcoming, friendly, and caring. They arranged the 15-minute car ride from the airport themselves, which made this a great stopover near Male Airport. The place was clean and comfortable, recently decorated, and had first-class WiFi and AC. Highly recommended.

I really liked the clean, modern rooms and their good facilities, and the hospitality was warm. Maakanaa Lodge, Hulhumalé is conveniently located near local amenities. Many thanks to the management for the lovely service. I’d gladly recommend it to my friends from abroad.

The owners are so welcoming and attentive, and you can tell they care about all the little details. The rooms are beautiful and clean, with a great bed and the best amenities. After a long trip, the shower was especially good. You can see the beach from the window. 10/10 for everything. Must stay if you're planning a transit here. Keep it up!

The owners work and live here themselves, which keeps the place feeling genuinely homely. We got a warm welcome, a decent breakfast, and a nicely coordinated free transfer. Some rooms look out toward the strand and beach. For a transit stay, it’s perfect, and the best in Hulhumale. 😊😊😊
