We stayed with family last week, and it was a bad experience. The customer service was well below average. They wouldn’t give us an extra blanket even though we asked because of a fever. Breakfast was very basic, especially for vegetarians, even though we’d let them know ahead of time. The bathroom was awful, with a leaking tap, and the TV only worked after we asked several times. The room was bare and had no visible sense of style from the owner.

The staff were kind and helped whenever we needed something, and the rooftop restaurant served delicious food. We tried the tuna pesto pasta and mango curry, and liked both. We had a pleasant two-night stay. The room was great, with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a comfy bed. The location worked really well too: about a five-minute walk to the artificial beach and surf beach, and within walking distance of the main jetty where airport boats arrive. We also enjoyed the nice views towards the bridge. I’d recommend this hotel.

I stayed for three days and had an excellent time. Rasad, the GM, helped make the stay feel perfect. Housekeeping and the F&B department could use some improvement, but I still had a great stay and recommend the hotel without hesitation.

The receptionist was polite and nice, though the room service attendant was a little rude when answering questions. We had no phone in the so-called suite, so we had to go down to the lobby to order food. Most of the TV channels didn’t work either, and some of the bed tiles weren’t fixed properly. There was a minibar, but it was switched off and didn’t have even one bottle of water. We were told it wouldn’t be stocked, so we had to carry water up to our room ourselves.
