Beach Hotel Guraidhoo

My friend and I spent one night here and loved it. Guraidhoo Island is beautiful, and this is one of its loveliest hotels. Stores are nearby and the beach is an easy walk away. The service was wonderful, and Anu at Veli Beach Restaurant was so nice. We also enjoyed the body massage and spa. When one of us was dealing with an injury, the team and manager kindly accommodated us and helped in many ways. Mr. Muhammad Asheeq was especially warm. He drove us to the port in the buggy and suggested great spots to explore around Guraidhoo. We had a great time and highly recommend the hotel.

We had a great stay, and Anu took care of breakfast and did her best to meet all our requests. The service from every employee was perfect. When we had a medical emergency, the hotel director organized transport to the hospital, supported us there and looked after our luggage. It was the best help I've ever experienced at a hotel. He's absolutely amazing.

We spent ten days here in an ocean-view room with a balcony, and the hotel was amazing. When someone in our group had a bad accident at the beach, the manager organized everything for our friend and checked on him at the hospital. We couldn't believe how well he took care of things. I've never met a manager like him. I hope he visits us in Germany one day, and we'll look after him the way he looked after our friend.

Very disappointed with the customer service. I tried for hours to contact the property through every number listed on social media, direct calls, WhatsApp and Instagram, but got no response. They finally replied on Instagram more than 24 hours later, and then ignored my reply. The beautiful property in their social media had given me high expectations, but they've dropped to zero. I don't recommend it.
