The place itself is nice and could do better with good service. Our room was okay, but unclean, and seemed not to have been cleaned for weeks. The service was horrible. The young women seemed shocked by our complaints and didn't know what to do with them. We had to wait more than 15 minutes just to get coffee for the rooms.

I attended a conference there, and everything was good. They made snacks for us, and they were amazing.

The facilities are neat and clean, and it could work for a meeting or a quick getaway. The food is pretty generic, though, and the place is decent rather than excellent. It wouldn't be my first choice.

The price is a real plus, and the hotel is clean and right by the road. There is some basic security. Food is available at a modest price, around $4. Since the hotel is part of a Halal organisation, they only have soft drinks, though you're allowed to bring drinks into your room. The WiFi is very weak.

The facilities are run down and badly need an update, and the staff didn't seem concerned, whatever the problem was. Once, the internet was down for more than 10 hours. Water in the rooms comes and goes, and the air conditioner is so loud I couldn't sleep. Really disappointing.
