UGH is right in the heart of the Warm Heart of Africa, with beautiful scenery and a private, exotic feel. I found the setting ultra safe. The meals were top class, and the restaurant has a uniquely relaxing atmosphere while still offering privacy.

The breakfast was quite good, with plenty of options. My room was really clean and spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. The one letdown was the TV: there wasn’t a music channel, and I like having some music in the background.

My husband and I spent almost three years in the serviced apartments here. Everyone was helpful, friendly, and polite, and the team was so willing to meet our requests and make our stay wonderful. The restaurant and room service had everything we needed, and we loved breakfast in the mornings. We spent many happy hours by the recently updated pool, and the gym was great too. I’d highly recommend the hotel.
